THE SOLUTION

The Incident Command and Control module (ICC), which is integrated between Dispatch and Mobile devices, enables users to organize events in real-time from the field. ICC enables all users to view a step-by-step live feed by the organizer, dispatch, and command staff.

With real-time mapping, ICC users can either select pre-defined templates or create a custom operation plan in the field to instantly assign resources. Real-time communication between users is quickly established with a simple touch of the screen. All information entered within the module is recorded making customized after-action debriefs and incident reports quick and easy, perfect for FEMA reimbursements.

ICC automatically captures a comprehensive activity log with units, personnel, activities, requests, and more. This activity log can automate FEMA reporting and reimbursement.
